SI - Shipment Instructions Re-engineering

I've been invited, as consultant, to participate in a pilot project at CN in 2013. The goal was to develop one of their most critical eBusiness application through SCRUM methodology an UX practices. CN's clients use SI to plan and book their transportation needs.
